Panablok
Panablok comprises of two skins of cement particle board with a rigid urethane core to create a composite panel. The panel incorporates tongue and groove edges with integral closures embedded in the urethane core to create a structural wall. As the unique closure mechanism tightens, it draws the panels together forming a structurally stable, airtight connection that far exceeds the requirements for air leakage specifications.

Panablok Structural Walling System
As an alternative to conventional brick and blockwork, Panablok offers a distinct advantage over traditional methods of construction. Firstly, the speed with which construction takes place can reduce the time taken to build the inner leaf by up to 75%, and the overall period of construction by 40%. Add this to the fact that it can be assembled in all weathers, and it can be seen that construction need not be held up due to unpredictable weather at certain times of the year.
