Fulfilling our responsibility to the environment and the community is a key objective of our business.

We will prevent pollution, complying with all relevant environmental legislation. Where feasible, we will integrate environmental considerations into our business processes, improving sustainability and product stewardship. All employees are responsible for respecting this policy and education and training to this end is provided. The company will adopt an Environmental Management System (EMS) complying with BS EN ISO 14001 to ensure its environmental objectives are met. We will continuously improve our environmental performance.

Specific targets will be developed to drive many of these objectives. Good stakeholder relations will be promoted through active engagement and communication. Precise Partitions employees play a key role in the implementation and success of this policy and targeted communication will encourage and support their active participation.

Precise Partitions will continue to:

• Maximise the efficient use of energy;

• Minimise use of non-renewable resources and when feasible/safe, replace with secondary raw materials or alternatives;

• Minimise waste, re-use and recycle materials where possible, disposing of waste responsibly;

• Conserve water and minimise the risk of accidental release to air/water/land;

• Respect the natural environment surrounding our sites;

• Limit noise and progressively improve their visual aspect;

• Minimise risks to employees and surrounding communities;

• Encourage our suppliers to adhere to similar environmental principles through procurement processes;
